The two new integrated controller prototypes of Blue Ocean Huateng in the picture are undergoing rigorous IPX8 waterproof testing by a third-party professional laboratory designated by a well-known car manufacturer before mass matching.
The controller is continuously immersed in water at room temperature and pressure for 24 hours, at a depth of 1 meter, without causing any harmful effects, and the product performance is not affected in any way.
The experiment is over and the appearance is normal. Open the casing for inspection, and there is no water ingress inside. The liquid protection level of the Blue Ocean Huateng controller reaches level 8, and it has safe waterproof performance.
Blue Ocean Huateng Integrated Controller IP6X Dust Test
The sand and dust test chamber is turned on (the vibrator is turned on, the fan operates at a frequency of 50Hz, and the vacuum is turned on), with a dust concentration of 2kg/m3 talcum powder. The dust is continuously blown for 8 hours.
