The General Office of the State Council recently issued the Development Plan for the New Energy Vehicle Industry (2021-2035) (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan").
《规划》指出，要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指引，坚持新发展理念，坚持电动化、网联化、智能化发展方向，突破关键核心技术，加快建设汽车强国。
The Plan has deployed five strategic tasks: firstly, to enhance technological innovation capabilities. The second is to build a new industrial ecosystem. The third is to promote the integration and development of industries. The fourth is to improve the infrastructure system. The fifth is to deepen opening up and cooperation.
The Plan requires that market mechanisms be fully utilized to promote survival of the fittest. Starting from 2021, the proportion of new energy vehicles added or updated in public areas such as buses, taxis, and logistics distribution in national ecological civilization pilot zones and key areas for air pollution prevention and control shall not be less than 80%.
V&T has mastered the core technology of new energy vehicle motor controllers, providing various electronic control system solutions for pure electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles, fuel cell vehicles, and other automotive applications, covering the needs of commercial vehicles, passenger cars, special vehicles, and other automotive applications.
