The vehicle intelligently operates according to the working conditions, through a high-power Blue Ocean Huateng motor controller and automatic matching with single and double motors, reducing the driver's labor intensity, improving work efficiency, and energy conservation and environmental protection, contributing to the ecological environment of the plateau.
The dual motor braking power reaches up to 580kW, maximizing the recovery of downhill energy and achieving the recycling of electrical energy, improving the economic benefits of customer operation. The special operating conditions of mines determine that vehicles are in long-term heavy load downhill conditions. When the driver applies the brake, the mechanical potential energy is converted into electrical energy through the V&T Electric Motor Control System, and all of it is stored in the battery. According to the captain of the train, the distance to the loop is about 4.5 kilometers, and this tram can save more than 2000 yuan (approximately 25-30 trips per day) compared to gasoline cars in a day.
